Shipping

  • Processing Time: orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery: once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout. Shipping within Lithuania are available via LP Express, Omniva, DPD, Venipak, and iPosti. Shipping to Europe are available via LP Express for economy shipping and via DPD or Venipak for standard/express shipping. If You require ultra- fast premium delivery (via DHL/FedEx) or are ordering from outside Europe, please contact us directly. These shipments are handled via individual negotiation.
  •  Estimated delivery times: in Lithuania it typically takes 2-3 business days (please be aware that national holidays and non-working days may slightly extend these delivery times). International shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks.
  •  Shipping costs: Lithuania: starting from 2.50€. FREE for orders over 50€. Europe: calculated at checkout based on Your specific location and preferred shipping method. Starting from 8€. FREE for orders over 120€. Rest of the world : calculated based on Your location and Your preferences.

Refunds & Returns Policy

At Use Used, we specialize in curated second-hand clothing. We take great care to photograph and describe every item, including any signs of wear or specific defects. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these items are pre-owned.

**14-Day Return Policy**

In accordance with consumer rights, you have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to request a return.

**Strict Inspection & Condition Requirements**

To prevent “wardrobing” (buying an item to wear once and then returning it), we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the condition of returns:

  • Precise Inspection: every returned item undergoes a rigorous, high-detail inspection.
  • No Signs of Use: if the item shows any new signs of wear, odors (perfume, smoke, detergent), makeup stains, or removed security tags that were not present when shipped, the refund will be strictly denied.
  • Original Condition: the item must be returned exactly as it was sent. If the item fails inspection, it will be sent back to the buyer at their own expense, or disposed of if the buyer refuses to pay for shipping.

**Return Shipping & Costs**

  • Buyer Responsibility: the cost of return shipping is fully covered by the buyer.
  • Tracked Shipping Only: we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service (Omniva, DPD, or Registered Post). We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • Return Authorization Form must be requested via email and included in the box. If the box arrives without the form, the processing will be delayed.
